Group Workout for time:
- 400m Kettlebell Run (32kg)
- 50 Obstacle Burpees
- 30 Ring Dips
- 50 Kettlebell Swings (32kg)
- 30 Ring Dips
- 50 Obstacle Burpees
- 400m Kettlebell Run (32kg)
Each Group has two people. Number of repetitions for each exercise are shared by members. Scale workout by reducing the weight of the Kettlebell; doing regular Burpees; reducing the repetitions of each exercise by 10.
