Group Workout for time:

  • 400m Kettlebell Run (32kg)
  • 50 Obstacle Burpees
  • 30 Ring Dips
  • 50 Kettlebell Swings (32kg)
  • 30 Ring Dips
  • 50 Obstacle Burpees
  • 400m Kettlebell Run (32kg)

Each Group has two people. Number of repetitions for each exercise are shared by members. Scale workout by reducing the weight of the Kettlebell; doing regular Burpees; reducing the repetitions of each exercise by 10.
