For time:
- hold Pull Up top position for 2 minutes
- 5 Shuttle Runs (20m, start and stop from prone position)
- 1000m Run
- 3 Muscle Ups
- 10 Pull Ups
- 10 Burpees
Workout inspired by the new BFT of the German Bundeswehr.
Scale workout by removing the Muscle Ups, the Pull Ups, the Burppes and by reducing the holding time to 45 seconds.
