3 rounds for time:

  • 3 Muscle Ups
  • 7 Burpees
  • 7 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
  • 800m Run
  • 3 Muscle Ups
  • 7 Burpees
  • 7 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls

Rest 3 minutes between each round. Scale workout by doing 7 Pull Ups instead of Muscle Ups; reducing the number of rounds to 2; increasing the rest period to 5 minutes; removing the Burpees and reducing the number of of Pull Ups to 5, 3 or 1.
