- 30 Double Unders
- 70m Walking Lounges
- 12 Wall Balls (10kg)
- 200m Sprint
- 12 Burpees
Tell your Athletes, after finishing the Burpees, that you lied to them and that they have to go for another round (i.e. for a total of two rounds). Don’t do that often!
