  • 7 Ring Dips
  • 100m Sprint
  • 30 Double Unders
  • 70m Walking Lounges
  • 12 Wall Balls (10kg)
  • 200m Sprint
  • 12 Burpees

Tell your Athletes, after finishing the Burpees, that you lied to them and that they have to go for another round (i.e. for a total of two rounds). Don’t do that often!
