Burpeeball:
A Basketball game in where after each point every team member of the team not scoring the point has to do as many Burpees as the other teams current score is. If a team member can’t finish all Burpees within 45 seconds he or she is removed from the team. The team with the last player on the field wins.
Group Workout for time:
400m Kettlebell Run (32kg)
50 Obstacle Burpees
30 Ring Dips
50 Kettlebell Swings (32kg)

Each Group has two people. Number of repetitions for each exercise are shared by members. Scale workout by reducing the weight of the Kettlebell; doing regular Burpees; reducing the repetitions of each exercise by 10.

Rest 3 minutes between each round. Scale workout by doing 7 Pull Ups instead of Muscle Ups; reducing the number of rounds to 2; increasing the rest period to 5 minutes; removing the Burpees and reducing the number of of Pull Ups to 5, 3 or 1.
Bottom to Bottom Tabatas:
Do as many Air Squats as possible in 20 seconds. Rest for 10 seconds. Repeat 8 times. Resting position is the deep squat.
